Command-line administration

Watchpost and Watchpost Agent can be provisioned and maintained without browser automation.

Stop the relevant service before reset. Agent authentication reset can discard an incompatible authentication payload while preserving valid pairing and collector state; full reset can recover a damaged state file. Both retain timestamped backups and preserve service ownership. Make sure the installed executable has been rebuilt or updated; a source checkout does not replace the command on PATH. Full agent reset does not revoke its remote credential; revoke a lost installation centrally.
